Dr. Fleur Agbaw Ebai is a public health and organizational leader with a PhD in Business Management and extensive expertise in health promotion, research, program operations, and grant management. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Health Promotion Alliance Cameroon (HPAC), contributing to strategic leadership, partnership development, and the advancement of community-focused health initiatives.

Throughout her career, she has held key executive positions—including Field Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Grant Administrator—building deep expertise in program delivery, team leadership, operational planning, and institutional development. Her work reflects a unique ability to translate strategic vision into practical, sustainable public health solutions.
