HPAC places communities, women, girls, adolescents, and underserved populations at the centre of health-system transformation. We work with communities and service users to identify barriers to care, strengthen health literacy, promote meaningful participation, and co-design solutions that respond to lived realities. Our gender-responsive approach recognizes how social norms, power inequalities, stigma, discrimination, and unequal access to resources influence health outcomes and service utilization.

Addressing Critical Challenges & Impact
Through participatory approaches, digital engagement, community-led interventions, and partnerships with civil society organizations, we support individuals and communities to become active participants in improving their health. Our goal is to ensure that digital transformation and health-system strengthening contribute to greater equity, agency, dignity, and access to quality care.
