HPAC translates research evidence and implementation experience into actionable policy and advocacy. We work with government institutions, policymakers, health programmes, civil society, communities, and development partners to identify gaps between policy and implementation and develop practical recommendations to improve care quality. Our advocacy focuses on strengthening existing policies, supporting effective implementation, promoting evidence-informed digital transformation, and ensuring communities and frontline health workers’ voices inform decision-making.

Implementation & Systems Integration
We use evidence generated through research, implementation science, and health-system learning to support policy dialogue and accountability. By connecting evidence with decision-makers, HPAC contributes to policies and strategies that are responsive to population needs and aligned with Cameroon’s national health, digital health, UHC, and SDG priorities.
