Research and implementation science are central to HPAC‘s approach to health-system transformation. We generate evidence to understand what works, for whom, under what conditions, and how to integrate innovations sustainably into routine health services. Our research spans digital health, SRMNCAH, HIV, maternal and newborn health, health-system strengthening, implementation barriers, service quality, equity, and health workforce capacity. We combine quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and implementation research approaches to identify gaps between evidence, policy, and practice.

Addressing Critical Challenges & Impact
We translate findings into practical recommendations, tools, policies, and scalable models. By generating locally relevant evidence from Cameroon and the wider region, HPAC supports decision-makers to improve the quality of care while strengthening systems for sustainable progress toward UHC and the SDGs.
